-Hello, sir - say the Bob
-Hi, Bob - say the mr. Roling
-Whats news? - ask the Bob
-Not news - ask the mr. Rolng
-Bye - say the Bob
-Bye - say the mr Roling

Предлагаю следующие исправления:

-Hello, Mr. Rolling! - says Bob
-Hello, Bob! - says Mr. Rolling.
-Is there any news? - asks Bob.
-No, Bob. Nothing - answers Mr. Rolling.
-Ok, goodbye! - says Bob.
-Goodbye! - says Mr. Rolling.

Обратите внимание на окончание -s у глаголов (3л ед ч) и отсутствие артикля перед именами.
Да, и "пожалуйста" в просьбе - "please" ;)
